My First Maternity Shoot

This was my first maternity shoot and it went great also! This was the same day as my creepy halloween shoot. They are the cutest couple and so in love and so excited about the baby! They had a 9lb 2oz baby boy on daddy's birthday!

Creepy Halloween shoot

I did these photos with Cherrish, my neighbor and a model on model mayhem. We were going for a ghost bride from the late 1800's wandering the graveyard for her love. I think we did pretty good! It was a lot of fun doing this shoot, even though we got up before dawn hoping for good light and some ground fog. We got the good light - but no fog that morning :(.

Fini Flight - the end

At the squadron Colin was patiently waiting for "baw-baw" to get off the plane.

The whole crew

Fini Flight part 3

He's a happy camper! Curt sharing the love with Colin

Making sure all the water is used up!

More Fini Flight

We didn' t stop till the bottles were empty! Getting him good!

We decided to show him where the rain was!!

He's wondering where the rain is here?

It's tradition for the flyer to get hosed down at the end of his final mission. Of course I got the honor and a couple of Curt's good friends also got to hose him down.

His Final Flight

There's Curt! Popping his head out the top of the plane

Heading down the flightline

We were all waiting anxiously for Curt to land on his final flight. This picture was taken from the bus we were all sitting on. The others were taken from the flightline as we waited what seemed like forever - for Curt to make his appearance.

From Downtown Dover, Delaware

I took these photos the morning we left for West Virginia. There was a photo scavanger hunt set up for the group so I was out getting pictures for that. I never did upload them and enter them in the hunt! This was the scene right across the street from the church and cemetary. I hoped they weren't disturbing anyone!
This is the church - very old one.

The oldest tombstone in the cemetary

I thought the sky was neat as we were walking to the cemetary so I took a picture!

Beautiful Sunset!

This was the most gorgeous sunset I have ever seen! We had just come off the Skyline Drive onto Rt 64 when this sunset happened. This was on the way to the meet up in West Virginia. These were all taken through the car windshield - hubby driving 65 mph down the road! It was so awesome - words really can't describe.

People at the meet-up

Just some of the people at the meet up. Everyone was great! At the bowling alley Saturday night.

Lunch after visiting the gorge and the grist mill.

At the grist mill

New River Gorge

It was very foggy the morning we went to the gorge so I couldn't get any really great photos of the bridge and the gorge. These are what I got.

The Grist Mill

We went to West Virginia for a photography group meet up in October. This is the Glade Creek grist mill which is very famous. Curt and I both took a ton of images of this place - it was really neat. The following are just a few of the different views we took.

Train station in West Virginia

I will be posting some of the photos from my recent shoots in the next few days. It has been a while that I've posted anything on here! Here are a few from my trip to West Virginia in October for a photography forum meet-up.

These are from an old train station that I REALLY wanted to go see. I've always loved trains. I was thrilled when I actually got see a train go past! I often wish I had been around in the heyday of trains and train stations.
